At Devolver Digital, we stand by the quality of our gear; if your loot doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. All apparel must be in original condition, unwashed, and with all tags attached to be eligible for a refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Gear

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring the inclusion of all labels and the generated return slip.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
